History of the Tower Avatar (Pt 1)[]
In this room you will get the first part of the Tower Avatar's history as well as having to make a tough moral choice:

Side Quest: History of Artara[]
The objective of this quest is to unlock a secret room using a code. Individual pieces of the code can be discovered by interacting with "Bookstands" - there are 5 which are part of this quest. After interacting with all of the 5 volumes we have get the following code composed of roman numbers: "III, V, I, IV, XI". These numbers must be then translated onto the clocks at the entrance to the "Council Library" sector of this floor, starting from top to bottom. Once the clock faces have had their time set correctly the northernmost room will be unlocked.
Side Quest: Into the Unknown[]
Activate all four levers and then enter a secret vault via the portal near the entrance to complete the quest.
